Band 6 CPN - Mental Health and Wellness Team

Our clients are urgently seeking to recruit 3 x

Locum Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to join their Mental Health and Wellness Teams.

Hours: Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm

Responsibilities

• Holding a caseload of patients with severe and enduring mental illnesses

• Care Coordinating for allocated caseload

• Completing assessments

• Administering medication

• Writing tribunal reports, progress notes, key working

• CPA and CTO reviews, care act assessments

• Social care support

• Completing care plans / risk assessments

• The ability to work under pressure and organise own caseload.

Skills

• Qualified Community mental health nurse / RMN

• Knowledge of RIO

• Experience of completing mental health assessments / Care Act assessments

• Interpersonal skills / communications skills / advocacy skills / documentation skills.
