Our clients in Oxford are urgently seeking a Band 6 CPN to join their Adult Mental Health Team (AMHT)
Hours: Various shifts between 7am - 9pm
About the Service
The Service provides core mental health services in the community to adults of working age (between 18 – 65 years) with mental health problems.
These problems can range from schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, postnatal depression and other depressive disorders, to enduring anxiety and personality disorders.
We give people the support they need to continue a full and active life in the community and work closely with GPs, service users and carers, and other key partners to achieve this. We also provide AMHT-based psychology services.
Our teams are made up of a number of different staff, including psychiatrists, psychologists, community psychiatric nurses (CPNs), approved social workers, occupational therapists and support workers.
The candidate will work within the Adult Mental Health Team providing mental health treatment in the community for patients with mental health needs identified within Cluster 4-17, supporting patients to work towards their own recovery. The post holder will also act as CPA Care Co-Ordinator for a defined case load.
