Westmeria Recruitment employs a number of Mental Health professionals to oversee the clinical governance of our business.

They review the policies and procedures that our client organisations need to have in place to ensure that our staff work within their codes of conduct. They ensure the quality of the professionals we recruit are of the highest quality and are up-to-date with the latest best practice guidelines in healthcare.

Furthermore, they play an important role alongside our Recruitment team; should questions or concerns arise directly from our staff they are on-hand to help and they undertake an annual review of our staffing handbook to reflect any changes in Health and Social Care legislation. In the unlikely event there is a serious breach of conduct by one of our staff members, they will lead the response action.
