Locum Band 6 Care Coordinator to join their Early Interventions Team.
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm
Our clients require a Care Coordinator to cover their service for up to 3 months. The role will be Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. There is no opportunity for home working as the ideal candidate will need to make face to face contact with the service users under their caseload and to cover duty.
The post holder will work under the Early Intervention model and be expected to carry a caseload based on service needs.
